Scubapro’s next cool promotion is called 100% Credit Back. When you purchase any Scubapro mask/fins/snorkel combination, you have until December
15 to apply your total purchase price towards any Scubapro Dive Package (Dive Computer, BC and Regulator System). This can actually bring a Scubapro
Dive Package down as much as $300! Ask any of the SC Crew for details.

We have just received our first order of Scubapro's new MK25/A700 regulators. This regulator offers unparalleled breathing performance at any
depth, temperature and diving position.
Cressi Sub has come out with swim goggles that rival Aqualung’s Aquasphere goggles. Check them out next time you’re in the Pro Shop. They have
also lowered the price of their Gara 2000 HF & Professional fins. Now is the perfect time to pick up a pair of new Cressi fins.
For those of us that are starting to have a harder time reading our computers and gauges we now have available instant magnification for your mask in
the form of DiveOptx. These removable, reusable magnifiers are a great inexpensive way to allow you to read your computer easily.
The annual SC Memorial Day Party was another event you shouldn’t have missed. From great food, drink and people to the great photos brought in by a record number of members:
Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 6 at 7 p.m. After a great day of diving The Scuba Club will once again be hosting our annual Labor Day Party! We’ll
be grilling delicious Nathan’s hot dogs for everyone and also providing ice cold beer & sodas. Feel free to bring a side dish to share but it’s
not mandatory. As always everyone bringing slides, digital photos or videos will be rewarded with a free dive! (unless you exceed the limit)
The limit for photos is 15 images and video length 5 minutes.
Keep an eye on the Schedule page of our web site as we’ve started adding a few Juno trips on Saturday afternoons this summer. Sign up early as these trips
fill up weeks in advance.
Please make a note that our toll free number is no longer in service.
Jay Moran finally popped the question to longtime girlfriend, Emilie Hendrix…and she said yes! Keep an eye on your mailbox for those wedding invitations.
You may have noticed a new four legged addition to the SC family, he’s a lab/retreiver puppy named Willis. Rumor has it he was born this year on Valentine’s Day.
He loves being around people but please refrain from feeding him any people food as it makes him very ill.

The SC trip to North Sulawesi, Indonesia this past April left everyone wanting to stay a few more days! We were able to witness Flamboyant Cuttlefish feeding,
large Squids mating, large Seahorses, too many varieties of Frogfish to name, countless anemones with their Nemos, Ghost Pipefish, Pygmy Seahorses
and the list goes on and on. It seemed as if we would see more and more cool creatures on each and every dive! Watch for a return trip sometime in 2011.
The 2009 Cocos Island trip has sold out but we are taking deposits for the 2010 Cocos trip. If you have any interest in this trip, don’t hesitate as it
is more than half full already, over a year in advance! The dates are August 19 – 31, 2010. Give us a call if you have any questions.
